This song makes me more proud to be Canadian than any sporting event or olympic gold medal ever will. It’s a group of Canadian artists from diverse backgrounds, ages, and musical genres, who have come together in the hopes of helping people beyond our borders. I appreciate that and I respect that. (And, I am a huge fan of K’naan who is not getting any money from this even though the original song is his).
